As a Houston-based nonprofit, the National Geospatial Collaborative (NGC) is proud to be part of the Houston Area GIS Day and support this event that brings our region’s geospatial community together to connect, learn, innovate, and #GoBoldly
Since 2001, Houston Area GIS Day has grown into the region’s largest GIS event—bringing together hundreds of geospatial professionals, students, educators, and industry partners to explore new technologies, exchange innovative ideas, and strengthen connections across our community.
The 2026 Houston Area GIS Day will be held at the Houston City College–West Loop Campus for an incredible three-day event (November 18, 19, 20!). Whether you are beginning your GIS career, developing new professional skills, or looking to connect with the people shaping our region’s geospatial future, this is an event you will NOT want to miss!
