2026 Board & Officers

The National Geospatial Collaborative (NGC) is a nonprofit corporation recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes.

NGC is governed by a Board of seven Directors and two appointed Officers that serve in a fully volunteer and uncompensated capacity. Directors and appointed Officers receive no compensation, stipends, or financial remuneration for their service. No Directors or appointed Officers holds an ownership interest in the organization, and no part of the organization’s net earnings inures to the benefit of any private shareholder, director, officer, or other private individual.

Board Directors and appointed Officers serve out of commitment to strengthening the geospatial ecosystem and advancing NGC’s charitable objectives. In fulfilling their fiduciary responsibilities, directors provide governance oversight to ensure financial integrity, legal compliance, and responsible stewardship of organizational resources.
